He’s also lost all the fur around his 2 balls, or whatever you call them. I can see both of them just by spreading his legs apart. I’ve never been able to see them by doing that before, I always had to move the fur, but now all the fur is none
Oh ok I didn’t know. And i was going to give them to my friend that has lots of rabbits and are breeding them and to kids that would want them and give them good homes (their parents wouldn’t buy them from me) i wanna be a vet and I don’t “want to add to killing baby rabbits” -_-
Got a new rabbit today. Don’t know what breed he is or the age. Anyone know? He does seem pretty skinny tho. I think the lady just gave him salad. Gave him hay, clover, and rabbit food when I got home. Thanks. (Link is picture) http://i60.tinypic.com/2yjvec7.jpg

I feed mine Dumor and she’s really likes it. She’s a New Zealand also. Ive used Dumor feed for ducks, chickens, rabbits, everything really lol. I think it’s a great brand (my rabbit is about 4 months old)
Ok Hazel And she’s about 4 months old. If a rabbit reaches maturity….does that mean they are full grown also? Cause mine is a New Zealand and she’s still small for her breed right now. I’m trying to look at play pens, and there if one for $10 that is 3 feet diameter….if that to small for a rabbit??
If he is not breathing, then he has passed away. Sorry And if it was a week ago and he still hasn’t moved, then yeah, he’s 100% dead. I wouldn’t even worry about calling a vet since it’s already been a week. Feel him again and if he’s hard, then he has been dead a while. I’m sorry again about the loss of your bunny
Thanks Thump and Henry! I was thinking about buying these gate things to put in my room (if my hutch can go in there) and keep the bottom door to the hutch open, that way she can go in and out as she pleases. My friend has these gates and they look like baby gates, but they connect and make a little playpen for a baby but she uses it for her…[Read more]
Ok thank you. She never jumps on my bed when she’s on the floor so maybe the bed would be ok. And she doesn’t ever chew on the carpet, so hopefully that will be ok also. I’ll have to try it out if my parents say it’s ok.
Ok. I only have to cords and in my room and it’s behind my tv stand so she couldn’t get to them. And what about blankets? Like my bed spread…would she chew on that I if put out some cardboard boxes and chew sticks?
Ok thank you again The hutch she’s in is a 2 story hutch and the bottom level doesn’t have a bottom. So what could I use to put there so she won’t be getting droppings or pee on my carpet (if on accident, she always does her business at the top) I know my mom would want towels because she might chew them up. I just thought of this now lol but I…[Read more]
