It sounds to me like Evie is re-claiming territory. The move to the bathroom took her away from her usual spot and by any chance was the carpet or floor cleaned where it used to be where it would have removed her scent? Even it is wasn’t her scent would not be as strong as it was when she was in it and so she has the instinct and urge to mark everything. You might want to consider limiting her run space for a while until she has her impeccible litterbox habits back, then gradually give her more space again. How long has it been since you moved her back into the x-pen, a few days, a week or…? Depending on how long it has been I may suggest waiting it out a bit longer until she gets it out of her system to mark things.
