Ohhh, I think the kids I know used to play a variation on this game. I don’t know the details but it sounded similar to PIG.

Speaking of pigs, I saw a video of this “micro” pig that turned out to be massive (as they usually do) but the owners still kept her <3 And they hand fed her and dressed her in purple frilly dresses, hahah.
