I’ve had several buns, too, but not all have had stasis. I haven’t had any with dental issues, either (one bun was on a “watchlist” but it never developed into a problem ultimately). However, it seems like some buns have been repeat offenders with stasis/gas issues, so we know to watch them carefully.

Our biggest problem in the house currently is ear mites. The cats and buns all seem to get them periodically, even though we treat them.

Anyways, I wouldn’t say stasis and dental stuff is inevitable and certainly don’t let anyone be hard on you because you haven’t had to deal with either. I’d say its a blessing, for sure! 🙂
