    Sorry to hear about these issues. Is your vet an exotics/rabbit specialist? They should be able to offer better diagnosis.

    It could potentially be a number of things but I’ve often heard these issues being linked to tear duct blockages, allergies and dental abscess or tooth root problems, which aren’t the same as over grown molars. I am not a vet but just sharing problem I’ve heard to be associated with runny eyes, other than upper respiratory infections.
