OUR FORUM IS UP BUT WE ARE STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF UPDATING AND FIXING THINGS.  SOME THINGS WILL LOOK WEIRD AND/OR NOT BE CORRECT. YOUR PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED.  We are not fully ready to answer questions in a timely manner as we are not officially open, but we will do our best.

You may have received a 2-factor authentication (2FA) email from us on 4/21/2020. That was from us, but was premature as the login was not working at that time.

Was there a reason they weren’t separated when you found out you had a boy and girl? They can get pregnant again immediately after giving birth. At this point, there isn’t much you can do. Mama will take care of the babies. They will need to be separated after they are weaned and before they are 12 weeks. Then you’ll have to decide if you want to keep all of them or find them new homes. If you do keep them, then you’ll need to have everyone spayed/neutered so you can try bonding them. If you decide to rehome them, then make sure to screen any potential adopters. Sometimes people are looking for free/cheap snake food.

As for the inbreeding… one generation probably won’t have any negative affects. The risk increases if the babies are having babies with each other though.
