    I’m sorry Mia. You had been struggling with him for so long. I think one problem we have as humans is we keep second guessing ourselves with this sort of thing. There is a lot of inner turmoil and uncertainty as we watch our elderly buns (or any pet) grow old and decline. We look for signs that it’s time to let them go… and signs they might still have some life left in them (and back and forth, sometimes several times in a single day). After going through this a few times I have learned that it’s best not to wait until it’s too late. So don’t beat yourself up about deciding to let him go when you did. You did the right thing. As for the other buns, I would not be concerned. Bunnies tend to remove themselves when they sense another bunny may be sick or dying. They said goodbye in their own way.
