You can find compressed bales at feed stores. They don’t take up too much room, I keep mine in a plastic storage box.

tanlover had Tan rabbits, they are beautiful and look a lot like Belgian Hares. I miss them.

An update my rabbits are bonded (I think) there were never any fights between them so I just let them live together the past 5 days. She did eat a little cilantro and some apple but not very much. Now she looks like she might be in pain but I just can’t remember if they already gave it to her.  I really don’t want to over dose her but I also don’t want her to go 24 hours in pain

English lops and French lops are strange to me, usually I think of the tiny holland lops, but these two can get really big!

I cant speak to the meds, as I’m not familiar with them unfortunately.

If there is no blockage, then theres no harm in getting some food in her. I dont think theres any ironclad dosing, as the rabbit will eat varying amounts depending on how it feels. Since she hasn’t eaten very much, I’d try to give her more than less without stressing her too much.

My buns’ are mixes as well! I know that they are descended from a Californian, but am not sure on the other.

One unusual rabbit breed (I think) is the Rhinelander rabbit. (Although it might just be me, I haven’t heard of her before 😆 )

Sorry, one more question. The vet said to give her critical care every 8-10 hours but last time she had GI issues we had to feed her every 2-4 hours. Which one is better?
