A urinary problem might not always be caused by a bacteria that is susceptible to penicillin, and also there might be actual anatomical things going on that is causing the pee-spotting (ex. muscle control, bladder stone…).

I honestly have never paid attention to what laundry detergent I’ve used… I just make sure I never dry the rabbit stuff with dryer sheets. Ordinarily, the detergent should be fully washed out by the time it’s done the wash, so whatever the detergent is, it won’t matter too much. She’s also started sneezing. The piddling just started Wednesday.

Mine goes to sleep at like 1-2pm and sleeps until 6-7pm because of that I’m little worried she will be all alone in the morning.

That sounds fine to me. Before covid, I think most people had to leave their bunnies alone when they went to work, and I’m guessing she sleeps a lot during that time.

There are lots of DIY “boredom buster” toys you can make if you think she is getting bored in her cage (especially good for the times she is active but has to be in her cage).

Yes okay I understand:) I try to spend as much time as I can with my bunny since she is the only bunny I have.

I plan on maybe give her some friend but it’s not possible until I have moved out.

Is the bunny okay alone when I go to work from 7am to like 3:30pm? :/

Well, before the pandemic I would make an effort to spend some time with my buns each morning and evening. Hard to say how long exactly, but I would usually sit on the floor with them while I was having my morning coffee or scrolling on my phone in the evening and give them some cuddles.

Hmm yes okay:) I mean, now I’m living with mum so I can’t really have big space but Im planning to move out in like three years and she will have plenty of room to run around 24/7. She seems like a very happy bunny so I hope it’s fine for her.

It sounds like she could have a urinary tract infection, they happen from time to time with buns.

That is fine (esp since she’s a baby), but most cages are too small, even if they get lots of run-around time. Maybe you could set it up so even if she jumps on the cage she wouldn’t be able to use it to jump out? They do sell some pretty tall x-pens for dogs that would probably work well.

Baby bunnies should not be eating fruit or veggies, so that is likely the cause of his tummy getting upset. Is he eating hay? You also shouldn’t limit pellets at this age. If his poops are getting smaller you definitely don’t want to restrict food.

I wish mine would sit on my lap! They have hopped over me in bed, sometimes pausing on me for a few seconds,  but that’s about it 🙂

I was thinking about letting her out in front of the cage at night buut I’m scared she would jump over the xpen, because I saw how high she could jump 😅 (she jumps on that cage too if we are not looking)

I mean she is all day free so is it okay if I put her in cage at night? I hope she can adjust to that. I just want her to be a happy bunny.
