My husband is a landlord and yes allows pets. We had a tenant who had a rabbit and no damage done.

I have a bunny who I let free roam but I have to 100% supervise him because he can get into some trouble like eating our couch or biting our mop board. That’s if I am not right there.

when I can’t let him free roam he has a huge cage that I got from chewy and I have a dog pen attached to his cage that way he still isn’t caged and can still play.

even though you have paid for the pet deposit just keep in mind that if there is damage done your landlord has to fix it. Also make sure your rabbits are 100% litter boxed trained. Their pee can ruin the floor especially if there is carpet. The smell is very hard to get out.

    i hope this helps
