    No the vet told her no such thing. She didn’t even see or talk to a vet. She put him in a dog crate and basically left him there until I got home. She cared for him as if he wasn’t injured at all. 

    He is slowly adapting to not having a tail. He still can’t seem to master jumping on top of things and kind of falls off sometimes but he is getting there. I’ve made it easier for him to get into his favorite windows.

    This is him and my other cat Popcorn about a week after his surgery. Tiger is obviously the one without a tail and looking less than amused.
