It’s been too cold and dreary here for the beach, which has been a bummer. I mean, I know I’m spoiled with the weather, but I would like to feel like it’s summer! Today was nice though, hopefully it will stay nice enough to fit in some beach time next weekend. 
I just got a big chop on my hair so I am feeling very summery! It’s quite short–just a little past my chin–and after having ~2 feet of hair for a few years, it feels crazy! (I had an in-between long lob for the past couple months, easing into the shorter one.)
Bonding with Fíli and Pippin is still going quite slowly with lots of setbacks, but I’ve also got pretty good about taking care of them separately (converted the hallway/kitchen into another bunny area so they can both be out and get exercise) so I am not in a rush. I just have to believe that it will happen! It gets discouraging sometimes since they are both such stubborn little idiots, but I think they are beginning to unite in hatred of me. 
Also I managed to clip both their nails today! That was a really hard task for me and so finally mastering it (mostly involving not being scared to man-handle them) feels good. Plus it will save me about $30 every couple months!
