OUR FORUM IS UP BUT WE ARE STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF UPDATING AND FIXING THINGS.  SOME THINGS WILL LOOK WEIRD AND/OR NOT BE CORRECT. YOUR PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED.  We are not fully ready to answer questions in a timely manner as we are not officially open, but we will do our best.

You may have received a 2-factor authentication (2FA) email from us on 4/21/2020. That was from us, but was premature as the login was not working at that time.

Yeah, Moxie I know what you’re sayin’.  This is the reason that I have tried to make a goal weight, but also have an idea of what body fat percentage I’d like to be at eventually.  Sure, I can lose 2 lbs a week safely, but what I lose in fat I may gain in lean muscle so it looks like I did nothing on a scale. I’d like to get weighed and get a bodyfat calculation done every month. That way I have actual results that can be measured instead of thinking “Well, looks like I didn’t gain any weight.” because the scale numbers haven’t moved in the right direction.
