Bunny going thru moulting and has stopped eating and rinking. Is there anything at home I can do to help him. I dont get paid for a few days and he wont eat anything.

There may be a chance that he has hair clogging his digestive tract. How long has it been since you've seen him eat or drink?

Have you tried offering him leafy greens? It is best to give him stuff that is high in fiber to help him pass what is clogging his system. If he doesn't eat within 24 hours since you saw him last eat., there is a serious danger and you will want to take him to the vet ASAP.

When you say poops stuck to his butt - was it smooshed on or hanging off in a "string of pearls" fashion? When they ingest things they can't digest, they sometimes pass it in a fashion that looks like a string of pearls.

I would definitely keep an eye on your bunny because lethargy, lack of eating, and lack of pooping are signs of GI stasis, where the digestive system is clogged. Make sure he has some fresh leafy greens, water, and unlimited hay. These are all things that could help him pass whatever is blocking his system. If you do not see him eat or poop within the next day, please take him to the vet, as it is very serious and he could die!

Yes, please take your bun to the vet immediately! They will let you pay when you get paid!

You can force feed critical care if you have it or grind up some pellets with water and feed with a syringe (you can get them at a drug store).
