Lets use our big numbers TODAY to save some buns!!!

This came from Peta so I took out the yuck stuff, but this week we’re phoning/emailing ARMANI by the masses (we need numbers-come on!)

Telling them to stop using rabbit fur!!!!!!!

Here’s the info, gross stuff removed-contact info at the top!

Please call Armani at 212-366-9720 and tell the company to stop selling fur

All you need to say is something polite like, “I heard that you sell real rabbit fur. Why is that? I refuse to support your company and will tell all my friends and family to boycott you until you go fur-free.”

“We’re (Peta) in the middle of a national call-in week, and we need everyone to call Armani RIGHT NOW to help save millions of bunnies…”

I wrote to Armani via Peta a few months ago. I was outraged when I heard he broke his promise to Peta that all his future lines would be fur free. What a sick SOB.

I also implore you all to help. These poor rabbits suffer terribly at the hands of sick killers just so people can strut around and show how much money they make. These are rabbits just like the ones we know and love.

Tell them that until they stop using/selling real rabbit fur that you’re going to encourage anyone you know that owns Armani items to donate them to their local homeless shelters. Wouldn’t they be appalled to have a bunch of homeless people walking around wearing Armani?

Very clever concept Annette – News worthy too. You could also cut the clothes up and make doggy coats, pet blankets…. Send them pic of your horse with it’s new Armani blanket….Give back to the animals etc………Endless possibilities….

I just tried to google where armani is sold, and the only store I found was Nordstroms. I love that store (can’t afford it), but if you know of any major department stores or Mall stores that sell armani, you might want to contact them to ask if they would not stock any items with fur from him.

Yikes!  You burnt it?!!!  Ummm, was it fur?  I’m just thinking perhaps it was angora wool, The angora rabbit breed sheds this wool and it can be spun into wool, no rabbits are harmed in the process.  If it was an actual fur pelt then UGH – that would be kinda freaky to discover after wearing it!

I’m against wearing rabbit angora as well because a lot of these rabbits are kept in tiny, confined cages and kept “farm style”. I know some people spin their pet angora’s wool and that’s totally fine but on a large scale angora operation it’s not a great life for these rabbits.
