Ok, so obviously I can log in, cuz I'm posting this. But I can only log in on my desktop-not my laptop. I hardly use the desktop in the office, I prefer the laptop cuz its in the living room where I am when I'm home.....Can anyone help? Any ideas as to why this is? I emailed BB and she said that they were working out a few kinks the other day, but I don't understand why I still can't log in on the lap top??

What browser are you using on the laptop?  Any chance that you have cookies and/or scripting turned off?  It could also be your security settings.

This is actually happening to a few people. What probably has happened is that the old pages are cached and conflicting with the updates. Try clearing your cache. It usually is in the same areas where you clear history, but it's different with each browser.

Firefox - Go to Tools, click on "Clear Private Data", and then it will bring up options - choose cache, and then click on "clear private data now"

Internet Explorer: Got to Tools, click on Delete Browsing History, and then it will bring up options - choose "temporary internet files"

I'm not familiar with the other browsers, but usually it's found under tools.

If anyone is still having problems after they try this, then please email me. (you can email me via my profile, or click on contact us at the bottom of every site page)

Allenj - okay, so we just turned off a particular techythingamajig. When it is on, it may require something on your computer to be enabled. Okay, so I have NO idea what I just said. I was just trying to translate my husband's explanation.

Basically, try it now. Let us know. I'll email you this message too.

I'll let my husband know (aka: techi guru). Others have emailed me to about this same problem. He will be working on this tomorrow night.

So sorry for the inconvenience!

Can you tell me what happens when you login? Do you get an error message, or does it say it's incorrect,  or??

BB-When I try to log in it just refreshes whatever page I was on before like nothing even happened.

Poe-I will try that when my BF gets home...I don't know much about computers!
