The chat room is open to anyone. However, it doesn't mean that anyone is on it at the same time you are on it, unless you schedule a meeting time with someone. Some members seem to schedule chats, and even as a group, you can discuss a time you'd all like to chat there. Make a group meeting out of it.
Originally, I meant to offer scheduled chats regarding rabbit care, but i put it on the back burner for a bit. I keep meaning to do it, but other things get in my way. So in the meantime it's there just as a place for people to meet and chat about bunnies and whatever.
Like with any chat room, just always be aware not to give out too much personal information about where you live, even if you know the person you are chatting with, keep personal information out of the chatroom because a new person you don't know can come on to chat and read what you wrote.
You just sign in to binkybunny and enter the chatroom. Once you are there, it will show the names of other people in a column to the right. (if the column is empty, then no ones there.)
There is a section at the bottom of the text window where you type what you want and hit enter.
Even if you are there by yourself, you can test it out and play with the features.
