Hi Guys! So, Blu is my first bunny/pet ever and I have questions about her litter training… I read somewhere that when you first start training a bunny you need a couple of litter boxes around the area where they hop around. I have one litter box with hay in her cage and one outside far away from her cage because she likes to poop in that corner of the room, but the problem is she eats the hay from the litter box but poops outside of it, it’s driving me crazy because i have to pick up a thousand poops everyday. If I put her inside the litter box she poops in it just fine but if I’m not paying attention she’ll poop outside.. Please HELP!

(she poops just fine inside her cage litter box)

        Thank you!

Is there any way you could hang a hay rack near the front of the box so she has to get in it to eat the hay?
You might try putting a box or other sheltering over the litter box, bunnies like to feel safe when they are doing their business-might explain why she is using the box in her cage but not this one. When you pick up the poops, place them in the litter box to show her where they go, you could even move some of the poop/litter from the other box. Good Luck!
