I recently noticed one of our buns had a puffy lower eye lid.  when I puled the eyelid back I noticed three little white bumps.  His eye is not weepy and does not seem to cause him any discomfort.  I know he did scrap with his partner recently and I’m not sure if she damaged his eye. Does this look like a stye?  Or does this look worse and needs to be addressed by a vet?

         Thank you!

It’s so perfectly round that it does look like a stye. I’d monitor it, and if it seems to get bigger or worse in any other way, I’d contact a vet. You can rinse the eye with saline eye-wash for humans. I don’t know if a stye in that place could irritate the cornea – if it does, it’d probably need to be removed by a vet.

Can you try a warm compress?

Thanks for your input! It hasn’t gotten any bigger since the time I took the photo so I’m definitely happy about that. Will definitely try both the saline wash and a warm compress. I know the warm compress works for me when I get a stye. I just hope he would let me do it for him haha he’s pretty stubborn.
