So it’s been 3 weeks after bonding my rabbits and I’ve been doing bonding sessions with them. I just can’t tell if they’re fully bonded yet. Cookie has always been sweet, even before getting neutered. When I do their sessions he’s always grooming Cream and putting his head under him to get groomed. At first Cream would always chase him around and bite him, which is when I’d separate them and try again the next day. Lately Cream has been softening up and he stopped chasing him around and biting . But at random times, If he see’s Cookie laying down somewhere he’ll nip his back leg and lay down in his spot LOL. I’m scared to leave them alone because I don’t want them to hurt each other. I’m currently doing a session and they’ve been together for five hours without having a full on fight, just cream nipping Cookie around sometimes. Are they bonded?

Hi C&C – you don’t mention if Cream actually grooms Cookie – or whether he has ‘just’ stopped chasing him around and nipping him. ?
