  Hi to everyone, new here
  
  For the past two years I have been wanting to add more of a verity to my Buns diets since I know that that will be very helpful to their heath. I have done some research on forage and herds but since I live in a very populated urban city there is no way to go out and get forage that might be safe for them. My question will be if any of you, know of anything that can come close to forage that I might find in the city that might be good and safe for them. As well as would it be safe to give them dry herds such as peppermint or chamomile that you find in the tea section in stores.
  
  Their current diet is
  
  Oxbow adult rabbits pellets
  
  Timothy hay mix with coastal hay (available 24/7)
  
  Green veggies once to twice a day
  
  Roman lettuces (all week)
  
  Kale (twice week)
  
  Spinach (twice week)
  
  Green pepper (once a week)

  I’m not really sure about foraging in a city. Could you look at perhaps buying fresh herbs from the supermarket or green grocer. You can buy dried herbs such as plantain, dandelion, mint etc from some online stores for pets. I’m not sure on feeding the dried herbs sold for tea in the supermarket.

  Many herbs can be grown outside in pots or even inside in a sunny window. Some are easy to grow from seed, or you can buy the plants wherever they are sold.
