  Hello. I’ve been wondering what breed my bunny is. She is white, with blue/black eyes. She is about 5 months old and is pretty average weight. She also has a bit of grey around her back legs area.

  I don’t know about breed either. Her ears and nose look like they have a little bit of color. Could she be a broken pattern with a lot of white and a base color that is really light dilute color like lilac or opal?

  She looks like MrBun. He’s been told he is Himalayan. he is all white except for his ears, nose, tail, and toes which are grey. but his colors are very distinguished. her’s look a lot lighter which could just mean she has Himalayan in her as well as other breeds. it doesn’t look like her nose is colored, is it? So I would say her coloring suggests she could have some Himalayan in her but is definitely not the primary breed.

  this is MrBun. his tail and tips of his toes are also dark grey. he was 100% white when he was born and developed the coloring as he got older. He has some lion head in him too which is the longer fur around his face and head.

  Himalayans have red eyes though. She has blue eyes. From my understanding, REW and Himalayan “hides” the BEW gene. I’m in no way an expert on rabbit genetics though! LOL
