Is “Tractor Supply Pine Pellet Stall Bedding, 40 lb.” safe for rabbits? It’s meant for horses but I heard it works just fine for other animals…. Anybody know?

I would not use it. I dont trust it. Try and find some that say addictive free, or 100% natural wood

I believe they might be okay, they are kiln dried. I know there are people who use wood stove pellets for rabbits, and at least one review mention it for rabbits, Maybe someone with more experience would know.

Horse stall pellets are fine to use for a rabbit’s litter box.

Yes, they are perfectly safe. Pelleted wood is kiln dried so the fact that it is pine is a non-issue in this regard.

As tobyluv and azerane said the stall bedding is safe. Softwood shavings are bad for respiratory reasons but once it is kiln dried and compressed it’s okay.

I use these wood stove pellets though:

There are no additives and I skip the fear of softwood issues because these are 100% hardwood

I too use wood stove pellets. They are safe. Horse stall pellets are less firmly compressed because the horses use them as bedding. I only use stove pellets in the litterboxes.
