We adopted the cutest 12 week doe. She is a little nippy with us but I wouldn’t say mean.. Anyways our 1 year old male is neutered and is honestly the sweetest most loving boy. I feel bad that Harlow is closed off from the room and that, blossom might feel alone, she is used to the presence of her mother. Harlow can definitely tell somebunny else is in the other room. I am definitely not planning on starting the bonding process, but if they see each other through a baby gate or ex pen, do you think it will cause any strain on their bonding?

It’s good that you aren’t planning to start the bonding process yet, I assume until Blossom has been spayed and recuperated from her surgery. It would be okay if they saw each other through a gate or x-pen, but you have to watch for any aggression through the gate bars. Noses can be bitten and severely injured through the bars of a pen. You could double up on the pen or gate to make sure that there is no physical contact between them until you start the bonding process.
