  So I’ve given Clover run of the house, in the areas she has traction (She hates slick floors). She’s been an angel. So last night we gave her access to my bedroom, which is half carpeted. She had a grand old time exploring, up until my bedtime. She hates when I go to bed, and pouts most of the night.
  
  So imagine my surprise when at 3 am I feel her digging at the side of the bed, and when I peek over the edge, she LEAPED from the floor right into the bed with me! She snuffled about for a bit, checked things out, and laid down for a few minutes, then decided she liked floor level better and hopped back down. We’re talking a 28″ vertical leap, and cleared the edge of the bed with no problem.

  They are! And I’m glad so few people know that, given how humans are with other amazing animals.
