Goodbye for now!

Just wanted to make a little post thanking all of you for your support, vibes and advice over the past three years. I will be leaving for quite a while, now that I have found a great home for my last remaining bunny, (yes, I did find a good place for him!) as I go to school out of state. I most fully intend to have more bunnies once I am in a place where I can care for them in the long-term, and I hope to return then! 

Again, THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart!!!

Dear MK, so glad you found a good home for him, and what an adventure it is that lies ahead of you My sincerest best wishes for you and hope to hear from you again soon. You know you’ll always be a bunny parent even if there are periods in your life when you don’t actually have a bunny

MK, that is very wise of you to wait until you are in a good position to provide a good home for future bunnies long term. I want to add that after my Spockie died I was between apartments, and had to wait many months before I could consider a new bunny, and that was after being out of college. However I enjoyed BB so much that I continued to be active here. I followed the progress and pix of bunnies and friends I had grown fond of. I offered stories and advice where I had experience (a lot was don’t do what I did! Lol). It made me feel connected and provided a “bunny fix” when I needed one. So don’t be a stranger. Good luck at school.

Dang it, I tried to post and BB timed out.

Anyway, as I was saying.

Good luck MK! Enjoy the beginning of the next stage of your life. College will be a time for learning and making lifelong friends. But please don’t forget us here at BB. Your presence really brightens our little community here. So don’t be a stranger! Stop in and say “hi”. I’m very happy you found a good home for your bun. Even though he will no longer be with you, he knows that you love him and I’m sure he will enjoy all the love in his new home as well. But, like I was saying, this certainly doesn’t mean you can’t pop in now and then.
