We took my rabbit to the vet today to get a check up since we just lost one due to Pneumonia. While his lungs got the all clear they discovered an inner ear infection and they gave him Osurnia Otic gel in his ears. I discovered that Red was coming out of them a few minutes ago and freaked only to call a 24/7 vet emergency line. She said blood was normal if there was an infection and if hes acting normal it should be okay. However now he’s just laying in my basket of clothes and he’s not even shaking his head anymore when the vet said he probably would for the next few hours…

Has anyone experienced this and they were fine or should I head to the vet asap?

I would head to the vet to be sure that it is normal and ok. Is your vet certified to work on rabbits?
