I was cleaning out the hutch this morning and found  weird pieces of what I’m assuming is poop in the litter box. It looked kind of like bacon, and I’ve never seen anything like it before. Does anyone have any thought as to what could be causing this? I’m pretty worried.

Um… any chance you could post some pictures of this bacon? We’d be able to offer better informed opinions.

            True, a photo would help.

Also, have you changed his diet or something? Did you give your bunny lots of treats prior to this?

And by bacon, do you mean the poop look like strips? If yes, check his/her anus for hemorrhoids or growth that might potential be causing it.

Lastly, has your bunny been behaving strangely? Lethargic or weak? If yes, see a vet immediately. If not, wait a couple of days and see how it goes.
