So I’ve recently bought a new bunny, and I was just wondering what I should be feeding him on a daily basis, to make him as happy and healthy as possible.

A rabbit’s diet depends in part on its age. Here is the diet section that will tell you about the proper diet and has links to lists of good veggies and greens, which you can slowly start giving to a rabbit when it is around 12 weeks old. https://binkybunny.com/BUNNYINFO/tabid/53/CategoryID/2/PID/940/Default.aspx.

You will see that hay is the most important component of a rabbit’s diet and must be available to them at all time. A young bunny (6 months old or younger) can have alfalfa hay, but it’s best for adult rabbits to have grass hay, such as timothy or orchard grass. A young bunny can certainly have any of the grass hays too.
