I’ve had Bonnie for 2weeks I found her outside my house I guess she ran away from her old home. Potty trained and everything she was doing fine 3 days into having her I used half of an old pillow wrapped in a blankets as a bed for her in her cage it was fine at first she wouldn’t pee and only poop a little but I would transfer it to her litter box these past two mornings when I clean out her cage I’ve gotten the pillow soken wet of pee and A lot of droppings on it. I clean out her cage and litter box mornings and nights and through out the day if necessary but this isn’t it. I let her run around the house and I find dropping every now and then. What do I do?? She used to not do this until last week. Sometimes I like having her on the bed with me also and she usually cuddles with me and goes to sleep or just chills while I watch tv. She jumped on the bed while I was folding laundry I went to the kitchen for only a minute to grab something I come back and she peed! She peed or marked her territory or both lol it was a lot!! It went through the sheets and everything it’s the first time she pees on my bed? Helpppp

how old do you think she is? it could be close to time to have her spayed, as peeing and territorial poops are a thing with un-fixed buns. perhaps she doesn’t like the litter box, some buns can be very fussy. also good on you for taking her in

She’s marking her territory, that’s completely normal – bed, pillows, couch are often the unfortunate targets considering that rabbits love them (and thus want to keep them for themselves). Get her spayed, it will stop that kind of behavior, phantom pregnancies and prevent hormone-related cancers which are otherwise almost unavoidable for does.
Glad to see she was found by someone willing to take care of her

Thanks to you both! I read that I may need to potty train her again as well. I know she’s not a baby but I don’t think she’s a fully grown yet. I think she’s maybe a year old or a bit older. I’ll post pictures soon and hopefully someone can help me determine her age. I’ll look into getting her a vet as well and hopefully they can tell me around how old she is as well? Thank you!
