My vet is located very far away from where i live so i couldn’t quickly take her to him. Is there anyway i could distract her or maybe any type of stitches that don’t taste very pleasant or are hard to chew??

You can use an E-collar so she can’t reach her stitches. You’ll have to take it off several times a day so she can eat, under supervision. If a bunny gets adequate pain relif (metacam), it’ll be less interested in chewing at stitches. They mostly chew to relieve discomfort/pain, so it wouldn’t matter if the stitches tasted unpleasant.
Some buns get a bandage around their waist (I’m assuming this is about a spay), but a bunny can of course chew at a bandage too.
