This wasn’t in my garden, but nonetheless, I needed to share it!!

I was eating dinner and I looked outside the window to see a baby bunny in the garden, eating grasses and flowers! It was old enough to be out alone, and seemed perfectly healthy, zooming around and eating well. I couldn’t get a picture, and I can’t describe the happiness that it brought me to see the baby rabbit. I think it lives in that garden! I’ve shared that I want to build a garden to memorialize my late rabbit and to give wild rabbits a place to chew on non-pesticide-sprayed grass and other rabbit-friendly veggies. I’ve been seeing rabbits during the evening around my own house as I take walks, which is nice. Just needed to share that bit of tiny furry joy that brought me!

Wow cinnybun2015, you sound excited! Baby bunnies are the cutest… Speaking of, I believe I’ve found a rabbit nest in my backyard. I noticed while cutting grass a little burrow and I just stopped cutting—no need to scare the buns!!!

Haha yes! I was maybe too excited! That’s amazing that you found a rabbit nest right in your backyard.
