I have 2 boy rabbits – one is 8 moths old (desexed) and the other is 10 weeks old (not desexed, but will be when old enough). I have been bonding them over the last 2 months and they have been getting on really well – grooming each other and cuddling together. however today when they were out together I noticed the younger one humping my older rabbits head – they didn’t fight or anything, however in the afternoon when I went to put them away I turned the younger rabbit over and saw that his willy was really red and swollen and when I tried to squeeze it, there was a really really red little thing that came out – didn’t look like his willy. he is still eating drinking and pooing butI haven’t seen him wee yet.. whats happened

Oh no. It sounds like your other rabbit bit him there. It’s one of the risks when rabbit mount the others heads.
You will need to get that checked out by a vet. {{{Vibes}}} for your bunny!

I advise not to attempt further bonding until the younger is also desexed and enough time has passed for his hormones to settle at lower level. About 1 month after neuter, though sometimes they need longer. You may see one or both rabbits try mount the head again, so always watch closely and take rabbit off it they attempt it.

Seconded that it sounds like it was bit. Youll want to go to your rabbit certified vet as soon as possible. If its swollen bad enough it can stop him from being able to pee. If there is an open sore, it could also lead to a really bad infection. Youll want to make an appointment as soon as you can to have him checked out

Since hormones have hit, i agree youll wants to separate them. Hormones can lead to aggression in the forms of biting, nipping, mounting, chasing, ect that can cause a wedge in their bond or even fully sever their bond, which nobody wants
