My one year old Holland Lop is pooping and peeing in her litter box fine but has just recently been consistently peeing and pooping in the other corner of her cage. If I move the litter box there she pees and poops where the litter box used to be. She’s spayed so I don’t know why she is doing this. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know how I can stop it? I’d prefer her to just go in the litter box! Thanks!

It sounds like she no longer cares for her litter box. Do you change it often? Have you changed the type of litter you use? Is it big enough?

Yes I clean it every day. I did change the type though. I used to use swheat scoop but I changed to yesterday’s news cause she was eating her litter. I thought it was big enough but maybe I was wrong. I can try getting her a bigger litter box maybe?
