I think my bun has fur mites!

I started noticing little scab/flakes on his skin the other week. I hadn’t seen him scratching excessively and since there’s no other animals in the house, i put it down to either dry skin or maybe he scratched himself a little too hard. I trimmed his nails and kept checking his ears, but there’s more little scabs/flakes. It’s not severe, probably about 4 tiny marks or so? I searched the internet and it looks exactly like fur mites!

Pops has a vet appointment next Saturday (the 9th) for a general check up. Should i wait until i see the vet or give him some Revolution – as that’s what everyone seems to be recommending?

        Thanks

I keep Chew on it because hay sometimes carries mites and it helps with mites and fleas and all sorts of nasties he might pick up on his outdoor walks. Plus it’s safe for buns. (best part)

Thanks! It’s the normal kitten/puppy one, right?
