At first I put my hay in the litterbox, however, doodle would poop and pee on whatever I put down instead of eating it! I tried a small tray of hay in the corner of his cage , did the same thing. Then I tried a hay rack, which he refused to eat from.

How do you put hay in your bun’s cage?

Found a cheap small rabbit or ferret cage put out in front of a house. Where I live people put just about anything out by the street and someone will salvage it.

Took the plastic bottom pan and put the letterbox with hay and placed it on this small cage bottom. Bunny pushes they hay out is the litterbox (partially) making two piles of hay. She eats from both piles and having that big cage bottom makes cleaning easier just lift it plus the litterbox out to clean.
