So I recently switched to oxbow from kaytee and now my rabbits barely eat their pellets I’m scared to switch pellets again

Did you slowly make the change? It’s recommended that you mix 3/4 parts of the old pellets with one quarter part of the new. Do that for a week, then mix half and half the next week. The third week you mix 3/4 parts new with 1/4 part old, then the final week you give all new pellets.

Kaytee might not be considered to be as good as Oxbow, but it’s not a terrible brand. If after trying the mix with Oxbow, you see that your rabbits still won’t eat their pellets, you could go back to the Kaytee. Just make sure it is plain pellets, and doesn’t have seeds or colored bits in it. Rabbits don’t need many pellets in their diet, but I believe that you have young, growing rabbits, so it would be beneficial for them to eat an adequate amount .

Yes I did that and they would pick out the kaytee pieces until they didn’t have a choice but to eat the oxbow

Since they have been eating the Oxbow, although reluctantly, you can try giving them only the Oxbow for a few days, and see if they will finally decide to eat it. But if they aren’t eating many pellets and you don’t think they are getting the nutrition a young bunny should get, and if the nutritional makeup of the Kaytee is good and is comparable to Oxbow, then maybe you should just let them have the Kaytee pellets
