So , I know that when in doubt I should take my bunny to the vet but I just wanted to see if anyone had any insight here. I admit I am a little cautious of vets now as I’ve had a rabbit pass away during a neuter at a vet that claimed they were used to rabbits. (I know that it probably wasn’t their fault I am just scared because rabbits are stressed so easily.)

Anyway, so before subjecting him to that stress, is any kind of pink spot on a bunnies foot a sore hock? The spot I am looking at is bright pink and raised, but it isn’t scabby or anything. It is only on one foot. He is never on wire because he is free roam in my bedroom.
