Forum DIET & CARE loosing lots of hair

        My bunny has been loosing a lot of hair and i don’t know why it’s winter here and i find clubs of hair and hair all over my room and it just started like a week ago and i don’t know why? Any help would be awesome thanks.

          I think your bunny is shedding. It’s winter here too and -8 C, but my buns and my dog are shedding like crazy.

          Bunnies can loose hair in clumps when they shed and even get big bald spots. It can look scary, but the fur soon starts to grow back. If the skin looks smooth and fine (no crusts, no “dandruff” etc) it’s perfectly normal and healthy to shed like that.
