How long ago is it since you moved her inside? Is it much warmer inside than it was outside in her old garden? Rabbits are sensitive to heat. Does she have a big enough hutch or could she be bored and ferustrated by being shut in a cage as opposed to having free run of a garden? Does she get play-time outside the hutch?

I’m glad she eats and drinks plenty, that’s always a great sign. How is her poop? How does her tummy feel if you very gently feel it? If she’s getting a lot less exercise now it can affect how her tummy works. That plus that a shift from life outside from live inside probably also means a dietary change of some sort, if your old garden had grass etc that she nibbled on. A dietary change and change in physical activity-level can cause gas or other stomach upset in a bunny. Gas is unpleasant for bunnies. You can give baby gas drops (simethicone for babies) if you suspect gas. It can help break big gas bubbles down into smaller bubbles that are easier to pass. Baby gas drops are OTC and sold in food stores and pharmacies.
