I need something to hold the hay. I bent the grids back but the hay gets all over and the buns jump in it. I don’t want them to because they’lol pee and poop in it and it’s a waste of hay. Same thing about putting hay in the litter box. I also tried a hay bag.

The Binky Bunny store has a willow hay basket: https://store.binkybunny.com/willow-hay-rack-p14.aspx. It might not last a long time if your bunnies are chewers. I’ve seen various wire and wooden hay racks on Amazon or pet supply sites. I’ve never used any kind of hay rack. I just place piles of hay on cotton quilted place mats. It does get scattered, but they can access it well and sometimes they like to lay in it.
