Rabbits love to dig. Some people have boxes for their rabbits to dig in, filled with shredded newspaper, but that could be confusing to your rabbit if you are using newspaper in her litter box. You can buy a litter box screen that prevents digging. They are sold here in the BB store, but are unavailable at the moment: https://store.binkybunny.com/rabbit-supplies-c17.aspx. You can ask to be put on the notification list, or you might be able to find the screens at pet supply stores.

Hi, I don’t think changing the bedding in the litter box will prevent or help the digging. Your bunny will still dig. My bunny is a digger and as Tobyluv suggested, I have a grated litter box. She still does try to dig at it but nothing scatters other than some hay that is there on top. I do have a box for her to dig in and pretend to burrow in. She seems to love it.

I used to have hay only and my bun would dig a lot in it. Then i moved to shavings and she rarely digs , but it depends on your bun.
