My Hagrid is a big 4 month old french lop and we just had him neutered so he’s going through the angsty teenage stage at the moment but in about a month we want to get him a companion.

I want to get a mini lop as I have read about them being quite playful and friendly. I do love Hagrid in all his laziness and his independence but I thought it would be nice to have both energies in the family. My concern is that maybe Hagrid will not appreciate the new energy or even worse, use his size difference to bully the little one!

Has anyone had experience bonding a huge and little rabbit? should I stick with another frenchie?

        ay advice is appreciated

Yup-Rupert is close to ten pounds and Kahlua is about two. It’s actually quite nice as I know who’s poops belong to whom (since poop is such a good indicator of health).
