That’s just perfectly wonderful, Ivy!!!! She will be such a happy bunny!!!

How big is the difference between indoors temp and the temp where she used to be? If the difference is less than about 18 F, she will cope just fine. With a bigger temp difference than that, it’s good if you can lower your room-temp for a couple of days until she gets settled.

Yippee !!!! Allowed to have Ivy in your room… wow, you must have reeeeeeally nagged your (lovely) parents !!! LOL

Also, make sure she can’t / doesn’t do any (serious or medium) damage (electric wires, digging holes in carpets, chewing up homework etc), or she’ll be back in the outside room before she can say : “YUM carrots are scrummy” !!

Enjoy ! I know you’ve been worried about her being on her own… now you can sleep in peace…. (or not, if she scratches around !!! hahaha)

I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you, I too hope she wont be moved back. I’m guessing you have protected all electrical cords with cable-covers, that’s the most important thing (or if you son’t have to have cords plugged in near the floor, just remove them.

Then there’s the risk that she nibbles on stuff that she can reach, so don’t leave shoes or bags or clothes or anything that’s valuable lying around. They often won’t eat stuf completely, but they do like to have a nibble. Bunnies may also like to pee on soft surfaces like beds and couches, so if you let her on your bed, you should cover it first with something that’s easily washed. I remember I had a shower-curtain on the couch when my Bam was new and not neutered.

Sounds like temp should be fine. Make sure to supervise closely for the time being, buns will find ways to get themselves in trouble quickly! You will likely need to bunny proof, watch, experiment, bunny proof again, watch some more!

Phone / ipad / camera / computer chargers are always ones that catch us out because they’re ‘temporary’ installations, so not bunny proofed and then we forget them….
and just as cute bunny is passing by that way and you’re watching from the other side of the room and just as the bunny teeth are approaching and encircling the tiny thin wire you see it all in slow motion and say (in slow motion like in a film…) “n.n.n.n.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o….. just a milli-second too late and the “chomp” has chomped…. it’s too late…. LOL
                      We’ve all been there !!
