Moxie tends to stress me out, (watching her behaviour, food intake ect. but that could just be from anxiety/stress) but she’s also calming at the same time.
I could be having a bad day and making Moxie her salad and watching her eat it can bring a smile right back onto my face. Also, I love making her toys or things for her home-base, and I love buying her things. It is calming to me. And bunny cuddles are one of the most magical things in the world.

So I do think there are some logical points, but I think you’d have to be an animal person for this to be true. Like I know somebody who doesn’t like animals AT ALL and a picture of an animal will make her tense up. She isn’t scared of them, she just doesn’t like them.

Well, I think there’s some truth to it. There is something so lovely and heart-warming about rabbits. They are so cute and so fluffy and so fun to watch and they really seem to appreciate being pet – at least mine do, much more so than my dog does. For me, having bunnies have increased my quality of life. I love falling asleep to the sound of a bunny munching on an apple-twig or a piece of kale. It’s the most calming, comforting sound =)

But then they also have the power to scare the H out of you. I sometimes thing having anxiety is a prerequisite for successful bunny ownership. If you are not the type of person who picks up on subtle changes in behavior and demeanour, you are likely to miss the signs of illness that they are so good at hiding.

So, being a bunny owner is both scary and wonderful. But very seldom boring =)
