So I’m new to this forum, and to the world of bunny ownership! I got my rabbit two months ago, he’s nearly five months old and not neutered.
Anyway, my friend has a 4 year old Netherland dwarf rabbit (not neutered, not tame, not socialised) She’s planning on going away for 6 weeks and was hopeful that I would bunny-sit him for her.
I’m not trying to bond them, but is there anyway of having two male rabbits that won’t try mauling each other or stressing each other out living in the same room?

If you aren’t going to keep him and bond him, and they both aren’t neutered-I wouldn’t let them see each other, touch each other etc. You’re right they could fight, and it will be upsetting to your own bunny. If you bunny sit, designate a room for the new bunny and keep him in there. Wash your hands in between handling (the scent can upset the other, and you could transmit illness).
As your friend’s rabbit is not socialized etc-I think the best thing to do would be to bun sit in his own home, and not bring the rabbit into your home.
