        Hi, BBers!

Nacho has been fitting in well with me and has survived our move (woo!)! We’ve been settling down the last few days and he already really loves his new home. He’s also quite the cuddle bug and likes the sound of my voice! I have a question though, what are the signs that a bunny is old enough to be neutered?
I ask this because I have not yet *checked* to see if his parts have dropped, but he’s chinning (furniture and me!), circling me, he’s been grunting the last few weeks, he’s humped my sister’s arm, and he definitely has that stinky BO boy bunny odor. And to top it all off he’s been great at learning the litter box, except around me he does the stinky territorial poos!

Usually rabbits are neutered and spayed at the age of 6 months, how old is Nacho? If hes 6 months or older, then it’s time to get him neutered!

He’s around three months, so definitely not six months!

My Dillo is around 2, almost 3 months now. Its not good to neuter or spay a rabbit too young of age, since it can be risky. Best time is 6 months old, since its safer. Older than 3 years can be risky as well. Try waiting until Nacho’s a bit older, since the surgery can be risky at such a young age, all of my vets reccomended 6 months old to fix a rabbit
