Hi all. I’m wondering if I should take Olive to a new vet for a second opinion, or if I’m just being crazy. He’s been shaking his head quite a bit and scratching his ears a lot for the past 4 months or so. Last time I posted on here because it had suddenly gotten very bad so I took him to the emergency vet. Well after treatment for mites and an ear infection, I took him to his regular vet and she said his ears looked great. Problem is, he’s still shaking his head and scratching at his ears quite a bit. It hasn’t gotten any better or worse over these few months. Should I get a second opinion or wait for other signs that something may be wrong?

If you have a rabbit savvy vet, I would definitely bring him in. He could have another ear infection. If left untreated and it is an infection, it could migrate to the inner ear,
