No, kale is fine to give daily…it is not on the “bad list” – read this article on rabbit veggies (in full, not just the list) by Dr. Susan Brown DVM:

I rescued Ron a while back from a guy who fed him nothing but cheap rabbit muesli and as much kale as he could eat, took him to the vet asap after getting him as I had clearly read the same articles as you that said to limit kale and other than being a little over weight, which is probably much more to do with the sheer amount of food he had access to, Ron got a clean bill of health

I used to give Boonie kale every day for quite a long time. And she really loves it too. But I also read somewhere that it shouldn’t be given daily, it might have been something to do with too much calcium or vitamin A or some other thing.
I decided to give her it every second day instead which she seems fine with, especially as it means one day is kale day and the next day is a raspberry leaf day, yum!!

Oh Bam, if u lived near me I’d share my kale with you, I have so much of it growing

I’ve heard that too mush can cause calcium build up and sludge in the urine. That said, it was Mr Roger’s favourite and he had it very frequently with no issues.
