My little girl is 10 weeks old and is just crazy! She is never sitting still unless on the odd occasion I catch her sleeping.whenever I let her roam the house she needs constant supervision its like every second she’s getting up to mischief either biting something, eating my cats food, pooping in my cats litter, trying to climb things! She’s crazy!!! Haha will this behavior calm down as she matures? Is all this energy just baby energy?

I assume its the baby energy. Young rabbits have more energy and appetite than grown ones too. She’ll be calmer by the time she is 8-9 months old. I dont think there is anything to worry about. Problem is when they are suddenly lethargic because thats a sign of illness.

I agree with Avantika. She’s probably just being full of youthful energy and endeavor. I can see how it must be exhausting, but it is normal. Give her plenty of toys and cardboard boxes to tear apart and twigs to gnaw, a treat ball to chase, pine cones and baby keys to throw etc so she can expel her energy safely and with as little bunstruction to your things and house as possible. She sounds adorable!

My bunny was very very full of energy when she was young. She just turned 8 months and is finally starting to “chill”. She still binkies and jumps all over my room and up on all the furniture but she tires out a lot more quick then she did when she was younger and now she is getting calmer. So yes, its just how bunnies are when they’re young!
